1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering Mana Sports Club (“the Facility”) or participating in any of its activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our facilities or services.

2. General Rules

• Mana Sports Club is a family-friendly environment. Respectful behavior is required at all times.

• Any form of violence, bullying, foul language, or discrimination is strictly prohibited.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed unless approved by management.

• Smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the facility.

• Pets are not allowed unless they are certified service animals.

 

3. Waiver Requirement

All players and participants must complete and sign the online waiver form before engaging in any sports activities, leagues, tournaments, or events. Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors under 18 years old.

4. Facility Use

• Users must follow all posted signs, staff instructions, and safety guidelines.

• Proper sports attire and shoes are required at all times.

• Personal belongings should not be left unattended. Mana Sports Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Only authorized trainers or coaches approved by Mana Sports Club may conduct training or lessons inside the facility.

 

5. Age and Supervision

• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children while inside the facility, including the arcade area.

 

6. Payments and Refunds

• All rentals, memberships, and event bookings must be paid in full before the scheduled time.

• Refunds are only issued in cases of facility closure or management-approved cancellations.

• Missed sessions, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.

 

7. Safety and Liability

Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. By using the facility, you acknowledge and accept those risks. Mana Sports Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises.

8. Photography and Media

By entering the facility, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken for promotional or social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

9. Equipment and Damage

Participants are responsible for using all equipment safely. Any intentional damage to property, fields, courts, or arcade machines will result in charges for repair or replacement.

10. Code of Conduct for Sports Activities

• Play fair and respect referees, staff, and other players.

• Unsportsmanlike behavior, including aggressive conduct or excessive arguing, may lead to immediate removal from the game or facility.

• Management reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban individuals for repeated misconduct.

 

11. Events and Rentals

• Event organizers must follow all setup and cleanup guidelines.

• Decorations must not damage walls, floors, or equipment.

• Outside vendors must be pre-approved by Mana Sports Club management.

 

12. Management Rights

Mana Sports Club reserves the right to modify schedules, prices, and facility policies at any time without prior notice.

13. Lost Items

Mana Sports Club is not responsible for any lost, forgotten, or stolen items within the facility. Guests are encouraged to keep personal belongings with them at all times and use designated storage areas when available.
