Thank you for your interest in Mana Sports Club! Birthday Price.
MSC offers a 2 hour rental for $200.00 this price gives you one hour on one soccer field and the other hour on the basketball court (ONLY if court is available).
Note: You can sub out the hour in basketball for another hour in the soccer field.
The second floor has tables for you to bring your own birthday cake!
Additional Information:
Waivers from everyone will need to be signed.
- No cleats are allowed (tennis shoes are highly recommended)
- No smoking, vaping, and/or tobacco use of any kind is allowed
- No alcoholic beverages
- No outside food (cake, desserts and small snacks is allowed)
- No gum
- No weapons of any kind
- No Sound system
- No pets allowed (only service pets with documentations)
Reservation Hold Policy:
We will hold your reservation for 24 hours. If payment is not made within that time frame, the time and spot requested will be opened up to other birthday reservations or walk-ins.
Payment Options:
Payments can be made in the following ways:
By phone using a credit card: Please call us at 615-229-7220.
In person: Payments can be made via cash or credit card.
Via Zelle: Send payment to manasportsclub@gmail.com. If paying via Zelle, please include the reservation date in the memo (e.g., “Party for January 1, 2025”).

Birthday FAQ:
What if I don’t have 15 people attending my Birthday party?
The Birthday reservation is a flat rate. We do not adjust the rate for fewer than 15 guests.
What if I do not want two hours?
The Birthday reservation time is a minimum of two hours. We do not adjust the price for less time.
How many adults must attend the party?
For all group reservations, we require a 1:10 adult to child ratio in order to guarantee adequate supervision of the children.
What decoration is allowed?
We ask that you only decorate the tables. We do not allow pinatas, silly strings, or confetti. No items may be placed on the walls
What happens if I have more than the number of guests that show up than on the reservation?
You can pay for additional party guests at the reception desk when you arrive. $20 per person.
What if I can not make it or need to cancel at the last minute?
We do not offer Refund but we can move the date and time (if available)
